How I Work

I'm not a blank screen. I'm a real person in the room with you — warm, direct, and honest about what I see. I believe people heal best when they feel genuinely met, not managed.

My approach draws from several modalities, and I tailor the work to what you actually need — not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Some sessions we'll talk. Some sessions we'll go deeper into the body. Some sessions you'll surprise yourself.

What a Session Looks Like

We start where you are. There's no script. I'll check in with you, we'll find what feels most alive or urgent, and we'll work with it. Sometimes that means processing a recent event. Sometimes it means going back to something old that's still running the show.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are 80 minutes.

When I'm Not the Right Fit

I'm honest about my scope. If what you need falls outside my training or expertise, I'll tell you — and I'll do my best to connect you with someone who's a better match. That's not a rejection; it's me doing right by you.

I don't currently work with active eating disorders, active psychosis, or court-mandated treatment. I'm happy to provide referrals for these concerns.
